We are now able to offer Group Bookings with optional delivery and/or collection to your chosen venue within 10 miles of our store based in Richmond Station, Surrey. Or you can chose to opt for one way collection or delivery, so for example you could collect from our store in Richmond and we could then collect the bikes in Richmond Park at the end of the day.
We only use folding, mostly Raleigh bikes, as these are much easier to transport and also able accommodate a much wider range of heights. These excellent bikes still have a good range of gears and decent wide tyres, so you can ride on gravel/tow, roads and cycle paths no problem.
Cost
The minimum number of bikes per group hire is 10 and the maximum number is 25.
Our standard bikes are just £20 per bike per day or part day. Our Ebikes are £30 per day when hired as part of a group booking.
Bikes can be dropped/collected between the hours of 9.30am to 5.30pm at your chosen venue. You can specify in your booking Delivery and collection times.
Deposit
We require a £75 deposit per bike.
Please Note, We require around 2-3 days in advance of your booking in order to book vans and make sure bikes are all ready to go.
Please call if you have any requirements for overnight/multiple days or times outside of those above.
If you opt for the delivery and/or collection option, please ensure there is parking available for a medium size van that would need to be parked for around 45mins for each collection and delivery. You can usually get a good idea of parking spots on Google maps, street view.
